Market day
The weekly market in the Muslim neighborhood of Umarkhed. It was beautiful and horrible at the same time - row after row of bright, sweet-smelling spices and exotic fruits next to stall after stall of bloody chickens and goats, some alive and some dead. But much like our visit to the Dongri neighborhood in Mumbai, it was a wonderful, rich experience. Just a little more bloody than I was expecting.
